Fast Food Restaurant Manager

About the role

The Fast Food Restaurant Manager will lead daily operations at Asl Al Burger’s Riyadh outlet, ensuring a high‑quality, efficient and safe guest experience. This full‑time, on‑site position involves overseeing staff, food preparation, inventory and compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage staff schedules, supervise service standards and coach team members.
• Oversee food preparation, presentation and adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Handle hiring, onboarding and ongoing training to maintain strong customer service.
• Control inventory, coordinate with suppliers and monitor sales, costs and financial reports.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and support local marketing and promotional activities.
• Implement company policies and procedures across all operational areas.

Required profile

• Proven experience in restaurant or retail management, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong customer‑focused attitude with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Organizational competence with attention to detail and accountability.
• Fluency in Arabic; English communication skills are an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
