F&B Accountant – Finance Team (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage (F&B) Accountant to join our Finance team in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on accurate revenue accounting, cost control, and month‑end financial reporting for our restaurant, café, QSR and catering operations.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile daily sales and revenue streams across all F&B outlets.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor inventory, food & beverage cost, wastage and perform stock reconciliations.
• Support month‑end closing, prepare financial statements and reporting packages.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Procurement and F&B teams to ensure financial accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Proven experience in F&B accounting (restaurants, cafés, QSR, catering).
• Strong knowledge of daily sales reconciliation and revenue accounting.
• Hands‑on experience with accounts payable/receivable, journal entries and bank reconciliations.
• Understanding of inventory management, cost control and stock reconciliation.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems.
