F&B Hostess (Host) – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic F&B Hostess to join our team at Six Senses Southern Dunes, The Red Sea. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless service throughout their dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and attentively, both in person and over the phone.
• Take orders from food and beverage menus with an empathetic attitude.
• Prepare and maintain mise‑en‑place for service, ensuring all items are ready before delivery.
• Promote menu items and upsell according to supervisor guidance.
• Handle guest billing accurately, minimizing rebates and ensuring a smooth checkout.
• Report any maintenance issues promptly and keep equipment clean and functional.
• Uphold Six Senses standards, LQA criteria and brand values in every interaction.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1‑3 years experience in a full‑service restaurant or similar luxury hospitality setting.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification and a valid food‑handler or health permit as required by local regulations.
