Key responsibilities

• Define the F&B operational strategy to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Plan and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and policy implementation to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Implement cost controls for food, beverage, and labor while driving revenue through innovative marketing initiatives.
• Develop and retain a high‑performing team through performance management, training, and recognition programs.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
