F&B Supervisor – Luxury Hotel (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The Fairmont Ramla Riyadh is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to uphold the brand’s high standards of service and guest satisfaction across its specialty outlets. You will act as an ambassador for the outlets, ensuring seamless operations and a memorable dining experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the specialty outlets, demonstrating deep knowledge of their history and offerings.
• Supervise a designated station, maintaining consistent service standards.
• Coach, train, and develop the F&B service team, reinforcing the brand’s LIFE values.
• Oversee preparation of side‑stations, mise‑en‑place, and table setups according to Fairmont standards.
• Collect and report guest feedback to management.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen, stewarding, and cashiers to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain proper appearance and grooming standards for team members.
• Welcome guests and manage seating in the absence of the Maître D’hôtel.
• Build professional relationships with patrons to enhance their experience.
• Contribute to achieving the monthly revenue budget for the outlet.
• Operate safely and environmentally responsibly, complying with all health and safety policies.
• Handle special dietary requirements, report rejected or corked items, and manage incidents involving intoxicated or abusive guests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in supervising food and beverage operations within a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards in hospitality.
