Female Massage Therapist

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Female Massage Therapist to join the spa team at JW Marriott Hotel Riyadh. The role involves delivering a range of therapeutic massage and body treatments to hotel guests, ensuring a relaxing and safe experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform massage services using appropriate props, products and techniques.
• Provide body treatments such as scrubs, wraps and hydrotherapy.
• Assess guest health status and contraindications before each session.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and treatment rooms, including sterilisation of tools.
• Promote and upsell spa services and retail products.
• Escort guests to and from treatment areas and monitor their comfort throughout the service.
• Adhere to Marriott’s policies on guest conduct, safety, and confidentiality.
• Report any accidents, injuries or unsafe conditions to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of experience in a spa or hotel setting.
• Valid state or regional massage licence as required by Saudi regulations.
• Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
• Professional appearance, clear communication and a customer‑focused attitude.
