Field Medical Manager – Cell Therapy (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Gilead/Kite is seeking a highly motivated Field Medical Manager to join the Cell Therapy Medical Affairs team in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Middle East Medical Lead, you will act as a strategic scientific partner, driving peer‑to‑peer exchange and supporting the adoption of CAR‑T and cell‑therapy treatments across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with hematology and oncology thought leaders in academic and community settings.
• Develop and execute structured stakeholder‑engagement plans, including mapping and segmentation of national and regional opinion leaders.
• Translate complex clinical data into actionable insights for healthcare professionals.
• Support the patient journey from referral to treatment, contributing to treatment‑center readiness and capability.
• Participate in evidence‑generation activities such as clinical trials, investigator‑initiated studies, registries, and real‑world evidence initiatives.
• Identify scientific gaps and opportunities to advance cell‑therapy knowledge.

Required profile

• Experience in medical affairs, preferably within oncology, hematology, or cell‑therapy therapeutic areas.
• Proven ability to build long‑term, trust‑based scientific partnerships with key experts and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills to convey scientific data to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia and potentially the GCC region.
