Field Sales Coordinator

About the role

Perfect Vision is seeking a results‑driven Field Sales Coordinator to operate directly on active project sites across Saudi Arabia, such as Haradh, Hawiyah, Fadhili, Jafurah, and Khurais. Based in the field rather than an office, you will build relationships with site decision‑makers, identify product needs, and generate qualified sales opportunities for the commercial team.

Key responsibilities

• Visit active project sites and contractor camps daily to discover new projects, contractors, and heavy‑machinery fleets.
• Identify immediate and upcoming client requirements for Perfect Vision’s solutions and collect technical specifications.
• Generate qualified leads, gather RFQs and purchase orders, and forward actionable opportunities to the central sales team.
• Conduct on‑site product introductions, present brochures or demos, and capture customer feedback.
• Coordinate site access for technical surveys and installations between Perfect Vision’s technical team and client site management.
• Maintain detailed daily and weekly visit logs and submit concise field summary reports to management.
• Provide market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing trends, and emerging contractor needs.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of sales, site coordination or business development experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably with Aramco‑related projects or EPCs.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively and stay near major project hubs.
• Strong communication skills with site engineers, procurement officers, HSE personnel and fleet managers.
• Self‑motivated, independent and outgoing personality.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Fleet Management Systems.
• Experience with Telematics solutions.
• Familiarity with Proximity Warning Alert System (PWAS).
• Understanding of In‑Vehicle Monitoring System (IVMS).
• Awareness of Load Moment Indicator (LMI) technology.
