Field Sales Representative – Industrial Adhesives (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

As a Field Sales Representative for the Industrial Adhesive and Tapes Division, you will promote 3M’s adhesive solutions across Saudi Arabia, working directly with end‑users and channel partners. You will travel extensively, introduce new products, and support customers in solving design challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Promote 3M industrial adhesive and tape products to end‑users and channel partners.
• Introduce new products and execute the sales strategy to acquire new customers.
• Target specific market segments and develop tailored approaches.
• Collaborate with EMEA technical and portfolio teams.
• Support channel partners and solve design challenges for end‑users.
• Own the full sales cycle and meet sales targets.
• Maintain CRM records in line with company expectations.

Required profile

• Saudi nationality.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in structural engineering or a related field.
• Experience in sales and technical solutions.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to four days per week.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of bonding and adhesive technology.
