Field Sales Representative

About the role

The Field Sales Representative will drive sales of AmCan’s specialty wellness brands across Saudi Arabia, covering key retail channels such as pharmacies, gyms, supplement stores and hyper‑markets. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding distribution and ensuring product visibility in both urban and remote locations.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales, forecast and collection targets for the assigned territories.
• Train store pharmacists, sales staff and trainers on the full brand portfolio (Optimum Nutrition, Dymatize, BASIX, etc.) and communicate key selling points.
• Maintain planogram compliance, product availability, visibility and manage stock re‑allocation to avoid legacy inventory.
• Monitor shelf prices, expiry dates, promotional activations and competitor activities, providing documented reports.
• Open new accounts and expand distribution in Western, Southern and Northern regions, including remote areas such as Makkah, Taif, Madinah, Tabuk, Abha, Jizan and Najran.
• Submit daily, weekly and monthly plans and reports on schedule and finalize orders within cut‑off dates.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of field sales experience, preferably in sports nutrition, consumer health supplements or FMCG.
• Solid knowledge of the KSA retail landscape (pharmacies, supplement stores, gyms, hypermarkets and gas stations).
• Valid Saudi driving licence and transferable Iqama.
• Existing relationships within the fitness/gym channel and a genuine interest in sports nutrition.
