Field Sales Representative – Saudi Arabia

About the role

The Field Sales Representative is a full‑time position responsible for driving Kotiva’s sales growth across Saudi Arabia. You will manage assigned territories, build strong relationships with pharmacy chains, beauty retailers, wholesalers and key accounts, and ensure excellent brand representation in every customer interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop assigned sales territories across Saudi Arabia.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy chains, beauty retailers, wholesalers and key accounts.
• Present Kotiva products, conduct demonstrations and provide product education to customers and retail staff.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand Kotiva’s market presence.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide market insights and customer feedback.
• Ensure strong product visibility, merchandising standards and promotional execution.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports and CRM updates.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns, events and launches.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the Saudi market.
• Experience in cosmetics, skincare, pharmacy, beauty or FMCG industries.
• Proven track record dealing with pharmacy chains, beauty retailers, wholesalers and distributors.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑management skills.
• Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent presentation skills for product demonstrations and training sessions.
• Organizational skills to manage territories, routes and customer visits.
• Basic analytical skills to track KPIs and prepare sales reports.
• Fluency in Arabic and English preferred.
• Valid Saudi driving licence and willingness to travel frequently.
• Saudi nationality and a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field are advantages.
