Field Service Engineer / Technician

About the role

Atlas Copco is expanding its compressor service business in Saudi Arabia and is looking for five Field Service Engineers/Technicians. You will travel across the region to install, commission, maintain and repair a variety of compressor and compressed‑air equipment, ensuring reliable performance for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on piston, screw, centrifugal and multi‑stage compressors, dryers and ancillary equipment.
• Overhaul compressors, commission new installations and configure compressor management systems.
• Document all work using company‑provided software and hardware, including test results and operating parameters.
• Develop strong relationships with customers through clear communication and timely service.

Required profile

• Engineering diploma (electrical, instrumentation, refrigeration, mechanical) or recognized diploma in refrigeration, hydraulics or pneumatic technology.
• Positive, outgoing team player with the ability to work independently and set priorities.
• Willingness to travel throughout the region for service assignments.
