Field Service Representative – Conventional Maintenance (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The Field Service Representative will provide conventional maintenance support for THAAD‑related equipment at a designated site in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. Working independently, the FSR ensures tactical vehicles, generators and material handling equipment remain operational and ready for mission requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on heavy tactical wheeled vehicles (HEMTT family), trailers, battery support equipment and material handling equipment.
• Maintain power generation systems, including HDT DRASH generators and 5 kW HEMTT‑mounted generators.
• Execute scheduled semi‑annual and annual services, diagnostics, troubleshooting and fault isolation across mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Repair or replace components such as starters, alternators, fuel system parts, belts, filters and electrical assemblies.
• Document maintenance actions, update status reports and ensure compliance with OEM Technical Manuals and FMS program requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance priorities with supported units and adapt work hours to mission needs.

Required profile

• 91B Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic certification or equivalent military/commercial qualification.
• 8–15 years of experience maintaining tactical or commercial heavy equipment.
• Experience with diesel engines, powertrain, hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently in field or OCONUS environments.
• Preferred: prior support of THAAD or similar defense systems and familiarity with HEMTT platforms.
