Field Support – ACES TREX Specialist

About the role

Amazon Logistics is seeking a Transportation Excellence (TREX) Field Support specialist, known internally as an ACES Specialist, to drive process standardisation across Saudi Arabia operations. You will work directly with delivery stations to improve quality KPIs, develop practical solutions, and ensure seamless order execution.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑ground support to station management for process improvements and benchmarking.
• Monitor logistics and delivery performance using station and on‑road indicators.
• Develop and execute action plans to raise performance to benchmark levels.
• Communicate changes and best‑practice standards across impacted teams.
• Lead initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction through improved order execution.

Required profile

• Experience in a distribution centre, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong data‑analysis background with a track record of using analytics for decision‑making.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
