Field Support, Central Computer & AV Projector Technician (Multiple Positions)

About the role

Right Job Security Solutions is seeking qualified technicians for three distinct roles supporting schools in Yanbu: Field Support Technician, Central Computer Maintenance Technician, and AV & Interactive Projector Technician. Candidates will provide on‑site and bench‑level maintenance for computers, printers, networking infrastructure, and interactive visual display systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily field visits to schools, responding to critical help‑desk tickets and conducting preventive and corrective maintenance on desktops, laptops, and computer labs.
• Inspect, test, and certify Cat6 network drops and patch panels using advanced network testers.
• Repair motherboard, power‑supply and cooling‑fan components, upgrade SSDs and DDR4/DDR5 RAM, and migrate data securely.
• Service heavy‑duty printers and scanners, replace toners, rollers, and resolve paper‑jam issues.
• Maintain and calibrate classroom projectors and smart interactive boards, replace lamps, align IR touch sensors, and test HDMI, DisplayPort and 4K wireless adapters.

Required profile

• Minimum IT Diploma, Associate Degree in Electronics/Computer Engineering, or Electronics Engineering Technician Certificate.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in IT field maintenance, bench‑level hardware/electronics repair, or projector/interactive board servicing.
• Valid Saudi driving licence.

Required skills

• Windows OS troubleshooting and hardware diagnostics.
• PC/Laptop repair, SSD and RAM installation, data migration.
• Cat6 network testing, cabling standards, and use of network testers.
• Multimeter operation, soldering, and advanced electronics diagnostics.
• Optical calibration, keystone alignment, and lamp replacement for projectors.
• HDMI (up to 15 m), DisplayPort, and 4K wireless adapter testing.
