Filipino Waitress – Local Hiring – Riyadh

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Filipino waitress to join our restaurant team in Riyadh. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional manner.
• Present menus, answer questions, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Process cash and card payments accurately.
• Clear and reset tables, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Handle customer requests and complaints courteously.

Required profile

• Filipino nationality, currently residing in Saudi Arabia (local hiring only).
• Transferable Iqama preferred.
• Previous experience as a waitress or in customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Pleasant personality, professional appearance, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
