Finance Associate – MENA Region

About the role

The Finance Associate – MENA bridges billing and collections for MSCI’s Middle‑East and North‑Africa clients. You will ensure invoices comply with local tax rules, drive timely payments and support the order‑to‑cash cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate invoices against KSA ZATCA, UAE FTA, Egypt ETA and Qatar QR standards before dispatch.
• Monitor accounts‑receivable aging, contact customers with overdue balances and escalate high‑risk accounts.
• Act as the primary liaison between Billing, Collections and MSCI Sales for MENA accounts.
• Engage client finance teams to resolve invoice queries, collect WHT certificates and maintain up‑to‑date billing details.
• Maintain regional compliance with e‑invoicing, VAT and digital tax regulations and provide audit‑ready documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.
• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing or collections, preferably across the MENA region.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
