Finance Director for Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Finance Director will establish and lead the finance function for Raffles Diriyah, a luxury hotel and residence complex. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure financial integrity, strategic planning, and compliance across all operations.

Key responsibilities

• Set up the finance department in line with company policies and Saudi regulations.
• Oversee daily finance operations, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance analysis.
• Manage debt financing, service payments, and relationships with external agencies.
• Prepare annual financial reports, revenue statements, and expense analyses.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements.
• Develop short‑ and long‑term departmental goals, policies, and procedures.
• Lead financial audits and recommend process improvements.
• Supervise purchasing, receiving, and inventory control procedures.
• Recruit, develop, and manage the finance team, conducting performance reviews and regular meetings.
• Participate in briefings, trainings, and safety procedures as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Professional certification such as CPA is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of senior finance experience, preferably in hospitality.
