Finance Director

About the role

The Finance Director acts as the strategic financial leader for the property, shaping and executing financial strategies that support the brand’s service objectives and drive profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement property‑wide financial strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, create operating budgets and monitor actual performance against forecasts.
• Analyse cost structures, forecast sales, and identify profit‑enhancing opportunities.
• Provide analytical support for budget reviews, highlighting cost‑saving and productivity initiatives.
• Establish and maintain robust accounting controls to safeguard assets and improve profitability.
• Monitor financial data and market trends to produce accurate forecasts for operational decision‑making.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting sound financial decision‑making and integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with at least 1 year of experience.
• Proven ability to develop strategic financial plans and manage budgets.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in financial forecasting and variance analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
