About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function of our manufacturing operations in Riyadh. The role focuses on financial planning, budgeting, cost control, reporting and partnering with operational teams within the lubricants and industrial oils sector.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the finance function and oversee all accounting and financial operations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts and long‑term financial plans.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyse variances and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Oversee manufacturing costing, inventory valuation, standard costing and cost analysis.
  • Ensure accurate product costing and monitor production variances.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital and treasury activities.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements and internal financial controls.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and resolve audit findings promptly.
  • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement and Production to improve performance.
  • Drive process improvements, automation initiatives and financial efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor and develop the finance team while promoting a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, SOCPA or equivalent) highly preferred.
  • 7–10 years progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Mandatory experience in manufacturing finance, specifically lubricants and industrial oils.
  • Strong knowledge of product costing, inventory valuation, standard costing and cost accounting.
  • Solid understanding of IFRS, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and internal controls.
