Finance Manager

About the role

PROVEN is seeking a proactive, experienced Finance Manager to build and lead the Accounting & Finance Department for a well‑established medical products and healthcare solutions provider in Saudi Arabia. The role will shape the finance function, ensure regulatory compliance, and support strategic decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Accounting & Finance Department, defining structure, reporting lines and team development.
• Recruit, mentor and evaluate finance personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Develop finance policies, SOPs and internal controls, ensuring effective collaboration with all business functions.
• Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, month‑end and year‑end closing, and preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Provide accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting to senior management.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and cost‑accounting initiatives to improve profitability.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years (96 months) of finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing or healthcare environment.
• Proven ability to build and lead finance teams.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, internal controls and financial reporting standards.
• Strategic mindset with hands‑on execution skills.
