Finance Manager

About the role

As Finance Manager you will provide financial leadership, shape accounting strategies, and oversee finance, accounting, auditing, reporting, legal and HR functions for an SME. You will act as the main liaison with the headquarters on all finance‑related matters.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain all accounting‑related documents and oversee all financial transactions.
• Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking operations and reconcile quarterly VAT and monthly excise returns.
• Prepare local reporting requirements for ZATCA, Ministry of Finance, e‑invoicing and labor departments.
• Participate in periodic executive management meetings and establish internal controls and workflows compliant with current regulations.
• Own weekly and monthly reporting to headquarters, produce MIS, cash‑flow analysis and present financial reports to the CEO/Group FC.
• Ensure yearly audit compliance, manage the AR/overdue process and collections for delinquent accounts.
• Oversee corporate banking relationships, payment processing, KYC completion and negotiate banking terms.
• Assist the CEO with budgeting, annual forecasts, P&L balancing and financial model simulations.
• Handle inventory valuation, intercompany reconciliations, group reporting and monthly HQ submissions.
• Oversee HR tasks with PRO, manage payroll, contracts, Saudization and staff expense reimbursements.

Required profile

• Professional degree such as CA, ACCA or CPA.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate accounting or finance.
• Proven success in financial modeling, budgeting, capital budgeting and long‑term strategic planning.
• Experience with audit compliance and knowledge of Saudi regulatory reporting (VAT, ZATCA, ESR).
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with MS Access and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Oracle Netsuite (advantage).
• Strong analytical and project‑management abilities.
