Finance Manager

About the role

As Finance Manager you will provide financial leadership and oversee accounting, reporting, audit, legal and HR functions, ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations and corporate policies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain all accounting‑related documents and oversee financial transactions.
• Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking relationships and corporate cash flow.
• Prepare quarterly VAT returns, monthly excise returns and any required UBO/ESR submissions.
• Produce local reporting to ZATCA, the Ministry of Finance, e‑invoicing and labour authorities.
• Lead weekly and monthly reporting to headquarters, including MIS, cash‑flow and financial analysis for the CEO/Group FC.
• Ensure audit compliance, coordinate yearly audits and maintain internal controls.
• Drive collections, follow up overdue payments with sales and customers, and manage delinquent accounts.
• Oversee corporate banking activities, KYC completion and negotiate banking services.
• Assist the CEO with budgeting, P&L balancing, financial modelling and long‑range planning.
• Supervise HR administration: payroll, visa processing, Saudization, contracts, expense reimbursements and monitoring of contractual obligations such as leases and insurance.

Required profile

• Professional degree (CA, ACCA, CPA, Finance, IT or Accounting).
• Minimum 5 years of corporate finance or accounting experience.
• Proven success in financial modelling, analysis and budgeting.
• Experience with annual audit compliance and long‑term strategic planning.
• Familiarity with Oracle Netsuite (advantageous).
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, MS Access and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prepare VAT, excise, UBO/ESR filings and e‑invoicing submissions.
• Experience with audit compliance, corporate banking and KYC processes.
• Expertise in financial reporting, MIS and cash‑flow analysis.
