Finance Manager – Lead Finance Function

About the role

Suliyan Trading Company is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead its finance and accounting function. The role involves establishing a robust financial framework, providing clear visibility into performance, and supporting strategic decisions for growth and expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Finance and Accounting function, including reporting, periodic closing, and financial statements.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash‑flow management.
• Manage liquidity, treasury activities, and financial obligations.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability and provide insights to executive management.
• Develop and enforce financial policies, internal controls, and approval authorities.
• Ensure compliance with financial, tax regulations and coordinate audits.
• Monitor performance of subsidiaries, projects and evaluate financial aspects of contracts and investments.
• Build financial dashboards and management reports for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 7‑10 years of finance and accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian accounting, tax and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in a diversified or group‑company environment is preferred.
• Professional qualifications such as SOCPA, CPA, CMA or ACCA are a strong advantage.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
