Finance Manager – Manufacturing & Apparel

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance function of a Saudi‑based fashion and apparel manufacturer during a critical growth and transformation phase. The role will own financial visibility, reporting discipline, controls, costing, cash management, and decision support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly close and produce management reports.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash‑flow projections and analyse financial performance.
• Strengthen financial controls, accounting processes and finance policies.
• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking, reconciliations and working‑capital management.
• Improve manufacturing costing, inventory valuation, WIP control, overhead allocation and margin analysis.
• Support implementation and ongoing use of Odoo ERP, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting.
• Develop profitability reporting by customer, product, order and business activity.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure audit readiness.
• Build stronger finance procedures and develop the existing finance team.
• Provide timely financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of finance and accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a Finance Manager or Financial Controller role.
• Strong manufacturing finance background, preferably in fashion or apparel.
• Hands‑on experience with product costing, inventory accounting, WIP, BOM structures and production‑related controls.
• Proven ability in budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems; Odoo experience is a plus.
• Professional accounting qualification (SOCPA, CMA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) is advantageous.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication skills.
