Finance Manager – Operations Business Partner (Jazan)

About the role

The Finance Manager will act as the embedded finance business partner for venue operations, delivering financial leadership, strategic insight, and decision support to drive profitability across entertainment destinations in Jazan.

Key responsibilities

• Own venue P&L performance by managing financial results, analyzing revenue streams (tickets, F&B, retail, attractions), monitoring operating costs and driving actions to meet EBITDA and profitability targets.
• Partner with venue and operations managers, participating in operational planning, translating financial data into actionable insights and influencing decisions early in the process.
• Track and analyze operational metrics such as per‑capita spend, attendance vs. forecast, revenue per visitor, labor cost ratios and F&B margins, recommending improvements to optimise performance.
• Support budgeting and forecasting by collaborating with venue managers to develop accurate plans that reflect seasonality, event calendars and capacity, and provide variance analysis with corrective recommendations.
• Identify and implement cost‑optimization initiatives, including labour scheduling efficiency, vendor cost monitoring and operating‑cost reduction without compromising guest experience.
• Ensure robust financial controls through oversight of cash handling, inventory management, shrinkage monitoring and compliance with policies, supporting internal and external audits.
• Develop and lead a high‑performing finance team by setting objectives, providing coaching and mentorship to operations finance analysts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration (minimum); MBA preferred.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Management Accountant (preferred) or Certified Public Accountant (advantageous).
• 6–7 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in an operations or entertainment venue environment.
