Finance Manager – Pre‑opening

About the role

As the Finance Manager for the pre‑opening phase of Hilton Dammam Airport, you will lead all financial operations, ensuring the new hotel launches with strong financial foundations and aligns with Hilton’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the financial strategy for the hotel, optimizing profitability and efficiency.
• Direct the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to support business decisions.
• Serve as the primary financial advisor to hotel management, owners, and asset managers, providing data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal partners such as Commercial, IT, Procurement, HR, Operations, and Regional Finance.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, Hilton policies, and regulatory requirements while maintaining robust internal controls.
• Oversee financial reporting systems to deliver accurate, transparent, and timely reports.
• Authorize and monitor sales, purchases, payroll, and expense transactions.
• Lead, develop, and retain a high‑performing finance team.
