Finance Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead all accounting, tax and treasury activities for our Saudi Arabian operations. The role ensures compliance with Saudi IFRS, local tax regulations and corporate policies while supporting the China headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle accounting, month‑end closing and preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements in Arabic.
• Maintain fixed‑asset registers, calculate monthly depreciation and reconcile local books with the China head office.
• Oversee ZATCA e‑invoicing (Fatoorah) processes, issue, cancel and archive invoices, and ensure 100 % compliance.
• Prepare and file VAT, corporate income tax, withholding tax and transfer‑pricing documentation, and act as primary contact for tax audits.
• Execute local bank payments, perform daily bank reconciliations and coordinate cross‑border remittances.
• Coordinate external audits, organize statutory vouchers, ledgers and contracts, and liaise with Saudi authorities (MISA, Labor Office, Customs, ZATCA, Royal Commission).
• Classify and archive Arabic statutory files and Chinese internal documents to meet audit‑ready standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance or accounting within Saudi Arabia, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi IFRS, ZATCA regulations and Arabic financial reporting.
• Fluent in Arabic for preparing statutory books and communicating with authorities.
• Ability to work closely with a China‑based finance team and external consultants.
