Finance Manager – UAE & KSA

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function for our UAE and KSA operations. Reporting to the International CFO, you will act as a trusted business partner to the CEO, driving financial performance and ensuring compliance with group policies and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the finance function for Astek entities in UAE and KSA, delivering accurate and timely financial information.
• Prepare monthly management reports, budgets, forecasts and long‑term financial plans, and analyse performance against targets.
• Partner with the CEO and operational leaders on profitability, pricing, resource utilization and risk management.
• Oversee billing, payroll, accounting, treasury, tax and statutory reporting, ensuring strong internal controls.
• Drive finance transformation, standardise processes and support acquisitions and integrations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field; professional designation (CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA) strongly preferred.
• 7‑10 years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership and multi‑disciplinary team management.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, engineering or technology environments is a strong asset.
• Proven ability to work in an international, multi‑entity organization.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong experience with ERP systems.
