Finance Manager – UAE & KSA Region

About the role

As part of Astek’s continued growth across the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, the company is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function for the region. Reporting to the International CFO, the role acts as a trusted business partner to the CEO UAE & KSA, supporting profitable growth, driving financial performance and ensuring compliance with group policies and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the finance function for Astek entities in UAE and KSA, delivering accurate and timely financial information and ensuring strong governance.
• Prepare monthly management reports, develop budgets, forecasts and long‑term financial plans, and perform variance analysis.
• Partner with the CEO and operational leaders on profitability, pricing, workforce planning and risk management.
• Lead, mentor and develop the regional finance team, overseeing billing, payroll and accounting.
• Oversee month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end close processes, cash‑flow forecasting, working‑capital management and internal controls.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with tax, payroll, labor and statutory reporting requirements in both countries.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives, standardise processes and support acquisitions and integrations.

Required profile

• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent leadership, people‑management and project‑management skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field; professional designation (CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA) preferred.
• 7‑10 years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership roles in an international or multi‑entity environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Financial modelling and budgeting expertise.
