Finance Officer

About the role

The Finance Officer will report to the Country Manager/Director and manage CTG KSA’s day‑to‑day financial operations. This includes supplier payments, client invoicing, payroll administration, bank reconciliations, statutory compliance, SharePoint filing, financial reporting and audit support.

Key responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, prepare payment packs, and ensure compliance with CTG procedures.
• Record approved transactions in Sage or other approved finance systems.
• Prepare and reconcile client invoices, maintain receivables trackers, and support overdue follow‑up.
• Support timely payroll processing for consultants and staff, including statutory contributions.
• Coordinate KSA statutory‑compliance processes such as GOSI, VAT, Wage Protection System and Mudad.
• Assist with bank reconciliations, financial reporting and audit preparation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of finance experience.
• Familiarity with Saudi financial regulations and statutory obligations.
• Ability to work with finance systems, maintain accurate records and follow approval matrices.
