Finance Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Officer to support the financial and procurement functions of our business unit. The role will handle day‑to‑day financial transactions, budgeting, reporting and vendor coordination, ensuring accurate and auditable records.

Key responsibilities

• Process and monitor financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and perform monthly reconciliations.
• Support annual budgeting, monitor variances, and prepare financial reports on expenditure, commitments and budget utilisation.
• Manage outstanding receivables, invoices, aging reports and P‑Card transactions.
• Prepare customer quotations, process invoices and assist with procurement activities such as purchase requisitions, advance payments and Service Entry Sheets.
• Coordinate vendor registration, onboarding and support bid/tender documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 4 + years of experience in planning, procurement management and financial oversight.
• Strong experience in budgeting, financial reporting, reconciliations and invoicing.
• Good analytical, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work independently in a multicultural environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
