Finance Officer – Residential Resort

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Finance Officer to support the financial operations of a premium residential resort in North Riyadh. The role will ensure accurate record‑keeping, efficient transaction processing, and assist the Finance Manager in delivering transparent, compliant reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, verify documentation, and ensure compliance with budgets.
• Prepare payment instructions, coordinate with banks, and maintain vendor master files.
• Support tenant invoicing, receipting, payment reconciliation, and deposit management.
• Maintain general ledger accounts, perform regular reconciliations, and produce daily cash position reports.
• Assist in preparing monthly management accounts, budget variance reports, and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi tax regulations (VAT, e‑invoicing, WHT) and support statutory filing.
• Coordinate with facilities contractors, property, leasing, and operations teams on financial matters.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real‑estate accounting, property finance, or facilities‑management financial operations.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliation processes.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian tax and compliance requirements.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency preferred.
