Finance Specialist

About the role

Deli Group Ltd., a leading multinational manufacturer of office supplies and workplace solutions, is expanding its operations in the Middle East. The company is looking for a detail‑oriented Finance Specialist to support daily accounting, tax compliance, and import‑related financial processes in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle accounts receivable, work with the sales team to collect payments and evaluate client credit.
• Prepare and submit VAT and other tax documentation in accordance with Saudi regulations.
• Coordinate import duty tax calculations and customs clearance procedures when required.
• Maintain data integrity in the ERP system and generate regular financial reports.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure overall compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Hands‑on experience with Saudi VAT regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel statistical functions.
• Preferably knowledgeable about import duty tax procedures and customs clearance.
• Strong command of spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
