Finance Technical Support Analyst

About the role

Master Works is seeking a Technical Support & Finance Team Enablement professional with 5 years of experience to provide continuous technical assistance to the Finance team, minimizing downtime and enhancing operational efficiency. The role supports ERP troubleshooting, financial reporting, budgeting, planning, change management, and finance automation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide continuous technical assistance to the Finance team to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
• Act as the primary point of contact for immediate ERP troubleshooting and user assistance.
• Support complex Excel functions and productivity tools.
• Resolve Windows OS‑related technical issues.
• Manage the lifecycle of Change Requests (CRs) from drafting to final implementation support.
• Obtain admin access on ERP system and database when required to support Finance requirements.
• Support identification, gathering, and release of budget reports.
• Develop automation solutions for manual Finance processes.

Required profile

• 5 years of experience in technical support and Finance team enablement.
• Technical support experience within Finance functions.
• Experience providing ERP troubleshooting and user assistance.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and databases.
• Ability to support Finance requirements through ERP and database administration.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and complex Excel functions.
• Experience resolving Windows OS‑related technical issues.
• Experience managing Change Requests from drafting through implementation support.
• Experience supporting financial reporting, budgeting, and planning activities.
• Ability to support automation solutions for manual Finance processes.
