Financial Analyst

About the role

Prepare and maintain the company’s annual operating budgets, rolling forecasts and periodic re‑forecasts while consolidating inputs from project, delivery, support and functional teams. The role monitors performance, analyses variances and partners with PMO and Operations to link operational KPIs to financial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain profitability models for projects, customers, services and contracts, covering revenue, direct cost, resource cost, subcontractor cost, travel and infrastructure.
• Analyse project margins, gross contribution, cost‑to‑complete, burn rates and forecast‑at‑completion to identify financial risks and opportunities.
• Support resource planning and cost optimisation by analysing staffing mix, utilisation, onsite/offshore deployment, overtime and vendor usage.
• Prepare financial feasibility studies, business cases, ROI analyses and scenario models for new projects, service offerings and technology initiatives.
• Produce monthly and quarterly management dashboards covering revenue, cost, margin, budget variance, forecast and key operational‑financial indicators.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting or related roles within healthcare or large organisations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities with effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling.
• Experience with Power BI, Oracle ERP or Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platforms.
• Ability to translate operational data into clear financial insights and support decision‑making.
