Financial Consolidation & Reporting Specialist

About the role

The Specialist, Consolidation & Reporting will support the financial consolidation process across multiple entities, ensuring compliance with IFRS and delivering accurate consolidated statements. The role involves maintaining consolidation tools, performing intercompany reconciliations, and providing analysis for internal and external reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Execute monthly, quarterly and annual financial consolidation and prepare IFRS‑aligned consolidated financial statements.
• Maintain and update the Prophix consolidation system, monitor data accuracy and system performance.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations, resolve discrepancies and support variance analysis.
• Coordinate with divisional finance teams to collect timely data and communicate reporting timelines.
• Prepare audit documentation, respond to auditor inquiries and ensure alignment with internal control procedures.
• Participate in process‑improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial consolidation, reporting or related finance functions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Prophix consolidation software.
• Working knowledge of IFRS reporting standards.
