Financial Controller – Saudi Arabia

About the role

Lenovo is seeking a high‑caliber Financial Controller (Saudi National) to lead financial operations for its fast‑growing business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role will manage month‑end close, financial planning & analysis, business partnering and financial governance, with potential regional expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the month‑end close process in line with IFRS and Lenovo global standards.
• Oversee accounting accuracy, reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and statutory compliance.
• Drive financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Prepare business performance reports and dashboards for management, regional, and global leaders.
• Support business groups with financial insights, deal reviews, and commercial decision‑making.
• Strengthen internal controls, ensure audit readiness, and manage governance requirements.
• Handle ZATCA compliance for VAT and tax‑related submissions.

Required profile

• Saudi National (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, CMA, ACCA preferred.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in finance, controlling, or FP&A within multinational environments.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, internal controls, and Saudi regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Experience using Hyperion or comparable financial reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
• Financial modeling and variance analysis capabilities.
