Financial Director (CFO) – Executive Leadership

About the role

The Financial Director will serve as the Chief Financial Officer, reporting directly to the CEO and Board of Directors. This senior executive will shape and execute the company’s financial strategy, supporting rapid growth within the digital ecosystem and fintech sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overall financial strategy aligned with Vision 2030 and growth objectives.
• Partner with senior leadership to define long‑term plans, investment priorities, and business model optimization.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash‑flow forecasting, and capital allocation across business units.
• Lead fundraising initiatives, engaging investors, venture partners, and lenders to secure equity, debt, or strategic financing.
• Ensure compliance with local and international reporting standards, building robust internal controls and risk‑management frameworks.
• Analyze ecosystem partner economics and design value‑sharing, pricing, and revenue‑sharing models for SaaS and RCM offerings.
• Manage finance and accounting teams, driving automation, data‑driven decision‑making, and technology adoption.
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports to executives, board members, investors, and partners.

Required profile

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership in tech‑driven companies (HealthTech, SaaS, fintech, digital ecosystems).
• Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or senior financial executive responsible for scaling operations.
• Track record managing complex revenue models such as subscriptions, transactions, and platform fees.
