Financial Manager

About the role

A leading company is seeking to hire an experienced Financial Manager to join its team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have 8–15 years of solid experience in finance and the ability to lead financial operations efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the financial department and ensure full compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Manage cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
• Prepare financial statements and periodic reports for senior management.
• Monitor expenses, control costs, and enhance financial efficiency.
• Supervise general ledger activities, accounts payable/receivable, and procurement-related financial processes.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and financial institutions.
• Develop and enhance financial systems to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
• Lead the finance team, assign tasks, evaluate performance, and support staff development.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Support decision‑making through financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Participate in strategic planning and assess financial risks.

Required profile

• 8–15 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Proven experience in managing financial teams and operations.
• Strong skills in financial reporting and analysis.
• Solid knowledge of accounting standards and local regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent are preferred.
