Financial Reporting Head

About the role

Obeikan Glass Company is looking for an experienced Financial Reporting Head to lead its reporting function, ensure compliance with IFRS and regulatory standards, and support strategic financial planning. The role reports to senior management and works closely with internal teams and external auditors.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Lead the consolidation of financial statements across entities.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and company financial policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits and financial reviews.
• Analyze financial data and provide accurate reporting to management.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Monitor reporting deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
• Improve reporting processes and internal financial controls.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in listed companies.
• Strong experience in consolidation reporting and coordination with external auditors.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS and financial regulations.
• Professional certification such as CPA, SOCPA, ACCA is an advantage.
