Fitness Instructor – Pilates (Mat & Reformer)

About the role

Miraval The Red Sea is seeking a passionate Fitness Instructor specialized in Pilates (Mat & Reformer) to lead engaging, safe, and mindful movement sessions for resort guests. The role blends personalized instruction with group classes, supporting guests in building strength, flexibility, posture, and inner balance within the resort’s holistic wellness philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead dynamic Pilates classes on Mat and Reformer, both in group settings and one‑to‑one sessions, adapting to all fitness levels.
• Design and co‑create innovative Pilates programs and specialty workshops in collaboration with the wellness team.
• Conduct routine equipment checks, maintain studio cleanliness, and ensure compliance with Saudi safety and sanitation standards.
• Provide clear guidance on alignment, breathing, and modifications to prevent injury and promote body awareness.
• Support fitness assessments, personalize guest programs, and contribute to immersive wellness retreats.
• Promote paid private sessions, group classes, and related spa or retail offerings through genuine guest engagement.

Required profile

• Certified Pilates instructor with experience teaching both Mat and Reformer.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong commitment to safety, hygiene, and cultural sensitivity.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary wellness team.
