Fitness Professional – Spa

About the role

Jumeirah The Red Sea is seeking a motivated Fitness Professional to join its spa team. You will design and deliver personalized fitness programs and group classes, ensuring guests enjoy safe, effective, and engaging wellness experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement customized fitness programs, including assessments and progress tracking.
• Lead group fitness sessions such as aerobics, yoga, Pilates, and strength training for diverse fitness levels.
• Provide one‑on‑one personal training, offering guidance, motivation, and support.
• Maintain fitness equipment, ensuring it is clean, functional, and reported for any issues.
• Enforce safety protocols and educate guests on proper equipment use to prevent injuries.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a fitness professional or personal trainer in a gym, health club, or hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, training techniques, and guest safety practices.
• Guest‑focused attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for health, wellness, and delivering high‑quality personalized fitness experiences.
• Professional, reliable, detail‑oriented, and committed to continuous learning.
