Flagman

About the role

We are seeking a Flagman to join Kent’s operations in Khurais, Saudi Arabia. The role involves directing vehicle and equipment movements on a high‑traffic construction site, ensuring safe pedestrian and traffic flow while supporting large‑scale energy projects. You will work closely with drivers, equipment operators and site supervisors to maintain a secure environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and control vehicle and equipment movement in designated work areas, coordinating timing and routes to avoid conflicts.
• Maintain clear, continuous communication with drivers, operators, and supervisors using hand signals, flags, radios and other approved devices.
• Ensure safe pedestrian and vehicle flow in congested or high‑risk zones, implementing traffic‑control plans and adjusting them as conditions change.
• Monitor the surroundings for hazards, report unsafe conditions immediately, and take corrective actions to prevent incidents.

Required profile

• Previous experience on Aramco or similar oil‑and‑gas sites, demonstrating familiarity with large‑scale industrial environments.
• Strong awareness of safety protocols and traffic‑control procedures, with a proven track record of maintaining zero‑incident records.
• Ability to stay alert and attentive for long periods in demanding weather and lighting conditions.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and non‑verbal, to convey instructions clearly and efficiently.
