About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Fleet Sales professional to sell luxury vehicles and achieve monthly sales and conversion targets. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience in our showroom while promoting the brand’s heritage and unique selling points.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through active prospecting and expand the customer base.
• Create a welcoming showroom environment, greeting customers from arrival to departure.
• Consult customers on vehicle requirements, presenting technical, exterior, interior and safety features.
• Accurately record customer details in the Synergy System for analytics and relationship management.
• Conduct test drives and highlight vehicle driving characteristics.
• Explain brand unique selling points to increase awareness.
• Close deals by securing customer commitment and completing documentation.
• Coordinate trade‑in procedures with the Service Centre when applicable.
• Deliver sold vehicles with a memorable experience and follow up post‑delivery.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• University degree.
• Minimum 8 years of automotive sales experience in the Saudi market.
• Strong networking and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Synergy System (CRM).
