Fleet Sales Manager

About the role

The Fleet Sales Manager leads Stellantis’ fleet sales operation, guiding a team to meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. The role combines strategic market analysis, pricing strategy, client relationship management and compliance with local and international regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop accurate sales forecasts and strategic plans using historical data, market conditions and forecasting models tailored to fleet sales.
• Analyse automotive fleet market trends to identify opportunities, competitive threats and optimal sales channels.
• Create competitive pricing and segmentation strategies for fleet clients, considering volume discounts, contract length and total cost of ownership.
• Supervise day‑to‑day fleet sales operations, inventory alignment, onboarding of new clients and performance reporting.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key brokers, design incentive programmes and oversee broker contract management.
• Leverage CRM systems, data‑analytics platforms and automation tools to improve sales processes and client engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet sales management or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Certified Fleet Manager (CFM) preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using data‑analytics platforms.
• Ability to build and apply forecasting models.
• Expertise in pricing strategy development.
• Knowledge of automation tools for sales processes.
