Flight Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Flight Operations Coordinator acts as the liaison between Flight Operations and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring pilots are legally compliant and ready for duty. The role provides daily administrative support to pilots, facilitating smooth workflow and effective communication.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on pilot licence and pass renewals to meet Air Arabia and GACA regulations.
• Arrange aero‑medical appointments, track expiries, and coordinate renewals with designated clinics.
• Audit medical invoices and verify contract compliance.
• Update the Cesar and AeroLine systems with licence, medical card, and validation data for audit purposes.
• Maintain an accurate database of licences, certificates, rosters, and reports.
• Generate and distribute notices and communications to pilots and cabin crew as directed by senior flight‑operations leaders.
• Liaise with GACA to facilitate temporary validations, air‑law exams, and licence issuances.

Required profile

• Strong administrative background in aviation or related field.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Good communication skills for interaction with pilots, regulators, and internal teams.
• Familiarity with Saudi civil aviation regulations (GACA) is preferred.
