Flight Simulator Instructor

About the role

Valiant Integrated Services seeks a qualified Flight Simulator Instructor to deliver high‑fidelity MH‑60R helicopter simulator training. You will guide trainees through aircraft systems, operating procedures, and tactical employment, ensuring they achieve operational readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct simulator operations and flight training for the MH‑60R platform.
• Prepare and deliver flight briefs and debriefs for each training session.
• Develop, update, and maintain curriculum materials, including lesson guides, simulator scenarios, and computer‑based training modules.
• Provide classroom instruction and support related to tactical employment of the MH‑60R.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the training command.

Required profile

• Active Secret clearance.
• Qualified MH‑60R Sensor Operator within the past five years, with at least one operational tour.
• Minimum 1,000 total flight hours (military or civilian), including 800 hours in the MH‑60R model.
• Rotary‑wing experience and ability to obtain a U.S. passport.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lb for extended periods.
