Florist / Floral Designer for Luxury Hospitality

About the role

A prestigious private luxury hospitality group in Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced Florist / Floral Designer to create high‑end floral installations for its hotels and VIP events.

Key responsibilities

• Create luxury floral arrangements, bouquets, centrepieces and large‑scale decorative displays.
• Select, condition, prepare and maintain premium‑quality fresh flowers.
• Ensure proper flower care, storage and preservation to maximise freshness and minimise waste.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, finishing and attention to detail.
• Manage floral stock, monitor usage and support effective inventory control.
• Work efficiently under time‑sensitive requirements for VIP functions and special occasions.
• Reproduce arrangements accurately from reference images or design briefs.
• Keep a clean, organised and professional floral workspace.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional floristry and floral design experience.
• Experience in luxury hotels, premium boutiques, high‑end events or VVIP environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fresh‑flower conditioning, storage, preservation and seasonal availability.
• Demonstrated ability to create sophisticated, luxury floral designs.
• Professional, reliable, creative and highly detail‑oriented.
