Florist Technician – Nursery Production (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

ASMACS is seeking a Florist Technician to join its Red Sea Global nursery production team in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on creating high‑quality floral arrangements for hospitality, retail, and VIP projects while supporting customer service and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Produce bouquets, vase arrangements, plant displays and seasonal products following approved recipes.
• Maintain product quality standards and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Assist customers with product selection, provide floral recommendations and handle enquiries.
• Manage retail displays, replenish stock, wrap gifts and uphold presentation standards.
• Support hotel programmes, VIP requirements and installation teams.
• Contribute to marketing efforts through product photography, social‑media content and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct basic customer consultations and help prepare quotations.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in floristry production or a related field.
• Diploma or ITI qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Knowledge of design principles, colour theory and hospitality awareness.
• Strong time‑management and quality‑control mindset.
